What inspired Alisha Phoenix to pursue modeling, and how has her journey evolved since she started in 2016?

My journey into modeling began with a deep desire to challenge societal beauty standards and embrace my uniqueness. Since starting in 2016, I’ve faced challenges, but each one has shaped me into the confident, self assured woman I am today. I’ve learned that not everyone will accept or appreciate my body, and that’s okay what truly matters is how I see myself. Walking with confidence and believing in my potential has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

How does Alisha use her platform to promote body positivity and inclusivity in the fashion industry?

Representation matters. As a plus-size model, I use my platform to show that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. I advocate for inclusivity by working with brands that celebrate diversity and by sharing my journey unapologetically. My goal is to ensure that curvy women like me feel seen, glorified, and appreciated. Every time I step in front of the camera, I’m not just modeling—I’m making a statement that all bodies are worthy of love and admiration.

What does editorial modeling mean to Alisha, and what draws her to this particular style of modeling?

Editorial modeling is my greatest passion. I love the transformative nature of it getting glam, stepping into a concept, and bringing a vision to life. Editorial shoots allow me to push creative boundaries, embody different personas, and tell stories through fashion and photography. Whether it’s high-fashion drama or an avant-garde concept, I thrive in the ability to create something artistic and bold.

In what ways has modeling opened doors for Alisha to explore other creative avenues, such as designing and organizing photoshoots?

Modeling has been a gateway to so many creative opportunities. I’ve delved into designing and revamping apparel to express my style, and I’ve also organized group photoshoots, helping other models bring their concepts to life. I love collaborating with photographers, designers, and stylists to create impactful imagery. Being able to share my creative vision and uplift others in the process is incredibly fulfilling.

What are Alisha’s future aspirations in the fashion industry, and how does she plan to expand her brand?

I want to continue traveling, working with innovative designers, and expanding my reach as a model and creative force in the industry. Growing my brand means staying authentic, pushing boundaries, and continuing to inspire women to embrace their beauty. I also hope to develop my own fashion line that celebrates curves and confidence. There’s so much more to come, and I’m excited for what the future holds.

What makes you feel sexy?

Confidence. It’s not about what I wear it’s about how I carry myself. When I step into a room owning my presence, feeling powerful and unapologetic, that’s when I feel the sexiest. There’s nothing like knowing I’m at my best mentally, emotionally, and physically and letting that energy radiate. It’s about walking into a space and making my presence undeniably noticed, not by seeking validation, but by exuding self-assurance that speaks for itself. True sexiness comes from within, and when you fully embrace who you are, that confidence becomes magnetic.

We love that you're comfortable in your skin. What advice would you give to those struggling with that?

Self-love is a journey, and it starts with changing the way you talk to yourself. Embrace your uniqueness, stand tall in your beauty, and remind yourself daily that you are enough. Confidence isn’t about fitting into a mold it’s about owning who you are, flaws and all.

When you hear the words ‘fearless curves,’ what comes to mind?

Fearless curves mean walking boldly in your skin, unapologetically embracing every inch of yourself, and shattering society’s expectations of beauty. It’s about power, presence, and the freedom to exist as you are unfiltered and unstoppable.
