Fibroid Fighters Foundation 2023 summit in NYC.
FCM had the pleasure of attending this powerful and educational event, in the heart of New York city. This summit was catered to the fight against Fibroids. Dr. Yan Katsnelson is recognized as an entrepreneur, philanthropist and highly skilled cardiac surgeon is the CEO of USA clinics group which is the parent company of the USA fibroid centers.
Dr. Katsnelson started the Fibroids Fighters Foundation to advance the cause of women's health and provide safe and effective treatment of uterine fibroids. We learned 26 million women suffer from fibroid disease, thousands of women get hysterectomies every day because they are either uniformed or unable to receive less invasive treatments.
African American women suffer fibroids 2 to 3 times more than white women. We have to all join the fight for better awareness and thanks to the fibroid fighters they are doing just that.
The venue was at the lovely Empire steak house at 151 east 50th street and got the chance to meet some great people, such as fibroid brand ambassadors: celebrity make-up artist "Kym Lee", Model/ Actress "Cynthia Bailey" and beautiful sister "Malorie Bailey", Inspirational Coach "Ella Destiny" and fibroid fighter Eugenia Buie just to name a few. The Host "TT Torrez" did her thing with hosting the summit and had the crowd active with some good questions and answers. I also want to shout out the Manhattan deputy Borough President "Keisha Sutton-James" and Bronx Borough President "Vanessa Gibson" for showing fearless curves magazine some love. Also, Music artist "Lil Moe" should up and should out with her sexy outfit and just that cool vibe energy on the red carpet.
